I initially came in to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk (with my father and son in tow) after my car was totaled in an accident. I was greeted by Samantha Elias and then John Henriques, both very friendly (with my father and son in tow) after my car was totaled in an accident. I was greeted by Samantha Elias and then John Henriques, both very friendly and professional. John sat down with us and asked several questions about what was most important to me to figure out exactly what I was looking for. Not only does he have a great sense of humor, I felt like he really wanted to make sure that I got the best car to fit our needs. I test drove 2 cars - one of them the 2012 Honda Civic. I fell in love with it. We left the dealership that night but returned a few nights later to buy it. After sitting with John to answer questions for the paperwork, Samantha took us out to the car and went over every part of it and patiently answered all of our questions completely and confidently. Paul then sat down with us to finish up the financing paperwork. They all truly made the car buying process fun - at no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable about anything. Everyone else at the dealership was wonderful, too - they were all friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and John, Sam & Paul. They will definitely hear from us the next time we buy a car. More
