I live in RI and bought my car in MA. Was told it would take a few days to get and took a week and a half. Was told certain things would be fixed and they weren't. Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE buying a car from this dealership. I had to make all the calls for updates on when I could pick up the car. Signing the contract was very unprofessional. The original purc dealership. I had to make all the calls for updates on when I could pick up the car. Signing the contract was very unprofessional. The original purchase price didn't match what was on the bank form. It took 3 men to try & explain how they started with that figure. The 3rd guy told me to walk out and not make the purchase even though he made a mistake trying to calculate the numbers himself. It took a 4th man all of three minutes to explain where the price originated from. Then I was expected to drive the salesman back to the dealership with my new car because he didn't have a ride. When I asked if they would be filling the gas tank when we arrived at the dealership, suddenly he found another car to come get me to pick up the car. When I inspected the car before I left, the cleaner left steel wool on top of the trunk( luckily didn't scratch the paint), forgot to remove packing material from inside(which wasn't a big deal), but when I got home, I noticed that he also left a razor blade on the rear seat! Thankfully, I found it before my kids or dog sat on it or that it didn't slice my new Upholstery. I would never wish this experience on anyone!! More
