I left the car on a Monday Matt responded to me within two hours with a quote and it could be ready by Tuesday. Being retired I asked if he could come in lower and he did, I told him to go ahead with the two hours with a quote and it could be ready by Tuesday. Thursday came and I called him he was sorry that it’s taking so long but there was a part that should be replaced rather then let it go and I would have trouble down the road. That impressed me, it was not until Monday that I got a call the car was ready but it was Matt’s day off. When the woman gave me the bill it was much higher than we had discussed so she brought it to the service Manager and he saw Matt’s note about the discount and corrected the bill. I know it took a long time and maybe they went the extra mile on making sure it was done right! Thank you! Great job. More
