I'm Giving Ferdi an A+ however the young women I made the appointment with over the phone an F. Abrupt and not pleasant. When I asked if I could wait for the car, she said no they could not guarantee it didn appointment with over the phone an F. Abrupt and not pleasant. Dealership didn't honor the warranty for a failed car battery used only 32 months. This was an 84 month battery recommended and installed by them.
