Right across street is mall area. With great stores and restaurants. If you choose to shop while waiting,or grab a bite to eat, the service dept will drive you over and pick you up when your car is complete. My sales person - Saeed Mezian-was a great surprise. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find the car that matched my needs. There was no pressure. He made himself available anytime I had questions. He was even available on his days off to answer any questions. When i was having my car serviced after I purchased it,he came back to check on things to make sure everything was going smoothly. Saeed was very knowledgeable about the car model and went over all options with me. He even offered to review things further if needed after my purchase. I may take him up on that because there are so any options on my car and i would like to be able to use them and make the most of what i purchased. This is my second purchase at the dealership and i must say it was a great experience. I love my Lexus!!! More
