Believe this was a difficult and challenging repair involving the electronics of radio tuner, hard drive and navigation system. Think it took a little too long (around two weeks) considering the known capabilities of the dealership. No complaints though, the provided loaner car was a perfect new ES-350. As usual our car when picked up was serviced as specified and super clean. Great communication with Mark Forcucci and then Patrick Santo all through the process. Sharon Lexus is a super excellent dealership. Amazing when compared to all others. More
