Zero credibility in the Sales department. They will offer you an amount for a trade and then renege on it. Not to be trusted. Won't admit a "mistake" they made.... will badger the customer They will offer you an amount for a trade and then renege on it. Not to be trusted. Won't admit a "mistake" they made.... will badger the customer, then after evidence is presented, throw their employee under the bus and say he made a mistake and then due to their pride or arrogance, won't make it right. Include Sam Pruzak in the 1 star rating. And if you record your calls, check out how he would yell and talk over the customer, because he was embarrassed of the dealerships mistake. Completely unprofessional and unethical. More
