I picked up my car on a Friday and woke up Sunday morning to a flat tire due to a nail. I was able to get in to the dealership on the following day and they took care of it quickly. I would recommend this dealership and Sean to anyone looking to get a Lexus! More

Took too long, shady finance person We bought my car here previously with minimal issues and we like Lexus cars so we decided to look for our next vehicle here. Took almost 4.5 hours aft We bought my car here previously with minimal issues and we like Lexus cars so we decided to look for our next vehicle here. Took almost 4.5 hours after we decided to purchase the vehicle to get everything done. Lots of waiting at the salesman's desk. The financial manager Richard just kept chatting to try and distract and had my husband sign for his loan on the pin pad.... Well once we reviewed the loans docs he gave my husband a high rate loan despite his high credit score and we already had been approved for a much lower rate via our bank and made that known the low rate is what we needed to do the financing through them. Well we went back in and I made a big deal about it and the response from the financial manager Richard was "Well the interest rate only matters if you make minimum payments and you're not the kind of person who only makes minimum payments, are you?" In an extremely condescending tone. That would be no business of anyone in that dealership to know how we pay our bills and was irrelevant. Extremely rude and uncalled for. Long story short he chose another lender to get us our agreed upon rate, after another hour sitting there. Next time we want to purchase a car we will drive to another Lexus dealership. Blest was a good salesman and I feel bad he has to deal with all the other sleazy salesmen in that place! Herb would be appalled. More
