Were sorry to hear about your experience. We never want a client to feel bad about their purchase which is why we have our 5 day return and 30 day exchange policy in writing. You do have time left in the 30 day exchange part of the policy which will get you 100% of the price you paid towards a different vehicle of your choosing. We were under the impression you were using our 30 day full value exchange program and getting a new Genesis. If this has changed or you would like to exchange for something else please contact us so we can help get this done within the 30 day policy. You would not honor your 5 day return policy. I am sure that when Herb set up the 5 day return policy he did so to give the customer 5 days to drive the vehicle not for you to hold vehicle at your dealership for 4 out of the 5 days because you were not prepared to deliver the vehicle on a timely basis.You should have taken car back like I asked (NO QUESTIONS ASKED PERIOD) Just like your 5 day policy states, but no you gave me a real hard time over it stating the 5 day policy was a courtesy that you gave to customers if you decided to. I left your dealership and went directly to Herb Chambers Genesis in Auburn Ma. to try and trade my car in on a preowned Genesis or new. Once again Herb Chambers shame on you not keeping an eye on your dealerships you have forgotten what got you into the position your in today. Your Genesis dealership has no inventory,no preowned Genesis and there was only 2 colors of G80 to look at not enough inventory to make an educated decision. So I left and went to your competition in New Hampshire ,not only did they give me all my money back for the broken G80 you sold me,they had a complete inventory with every color available to look at, and they did not insult my intelligence by asking for a $469 documentation fee on top of everything I can not believe people are so dumb as to pay that fee.Massachusetts residents you do not have to go through this come up to NH get treated like a human being should . To Sean King you never should have opened this can of worms .
