Absolute Garbage Service with Condescending Negotiation Went in to look at the brand new Lexus RX, and was willing to pay in cash. Got set up with Don Xu, and upon seeing that we were Asian, before even say Went in to look at the brand new Lexus RX, and was willing to pay in cash. Got set up with Don Xu, and upon seeing that we were Asian, before even saying hi, told us, in Mandarin, not to negotiate the price because "it would be wasting his time". We walked away immediately. Bought a German instead. Absolute trash service. Is this how you treat customers who buy 60k-dollar cars? More
My decade long relationship with HC Lexus....a little bumpy I would recommend Nick in Sales 100%!!!. Great experience. However, Nico and Richard (F&I) were unprofessional and rude. Almost lost my sale becaus I would recommend Nick in Sales 100%!!!. Great experience. However, Nico and Richard (F&I) were unprofessional and rude. Almost lost my sale because of them. I go to look at the car as seen online, there were multiple golf ball sized dents all over the roofline....nobody seemed to know about them. Nico had it taken care of at the collision center after giving me much attitude as well as insulting me with the offer he gave me for my trade-in. My experiences have been similar between my car purchase in 2010 and my lease in 2017 and now this purchase in 2020. Sales and service are incredible (Randy is the best service support I have ever had!!!) and the dealership is top notch and a great experience for a business professional like myself who needs a comfortable place to work and have a coffee. It is the guys involved in between the sales process who have no customer service skills or personality and could very well cost lost sales. Richard (Financing) had my paperwork incorrect twice (dollars were wrong) and then tried to get me to take a higher finance rate because he didn't want to wait for me to take the freeze off my Experian. When we reran the rates I was 2.5% lower after my Experian was checked. As a woman, he also made me very uncomfortable with his demeanor. So, for quality of vehicles, sales and ongoing service/support......these are the reasons I keep going back. Those are the men/women, I have the long-term relationships with who keep my car in tip top shape and always provide the best service experience. If you can stomach the process in between when you are buying a car and really focus on reviewing the paperwork for errors, then you should find a quality car with the right people maintaining it for you for years to come. More
