I appreciate you reaching out, but there seems to be a considerable difference between your timeline and ours. On April 23, 2017 you gave us a a cash deposit of $2000 for a 2013 MINI. You had discussed utilizing your own Credit Union, as you believed the interest rate was less in New York. We were promised payment by April 28th. You did not show up on that day and we communicated with you and explained that we would have to release the car for sale. At this point you told us that you couldn’t get the loan from your Credit Union and so you'd like to go forward using our loan. We then proceeded to set an appointment for last day of the month ( the 30th of April). This resulted in another “NO SHOW”. Hence we were prompted to finally cancel the deal. On May 3rd, we issued a check-request to refund her $2000. The check was issued and dated the 4th of May and promptly sent out to you in Fishkill, New York. Based on the above mentioned timelines, I think there is some confusion on your end. I'd be happy to discuss this further if you'd like? My email is MShafman@HerbChambers.com.
