Awesome experience!!!! I received a call from Herb a Chambers Lexus, in Sharon, Ma, after filling out a form indicating I was looking for a 2015 Lexus NX. I made an appt. an I received a call from Herb a Chambers Lexus, in Sharon, Ma, after filling out a form indicating I was looking for a 2015 Lexus NX. I made an appt. and received a confirmation call from Robert, the Sales Manager. He was very pleasant, and greeted me at the door on the day of my appt. He introduced me to Jose Oliveira, a sales person, and Jose answered all my questions and assured me that he would find the car I wanted. Exactly one week later Jose called me and informed me that my car had arrived! The car actually had a few more extra features too!! The finance process was very smooth, and I drove off with my beautiful new car the same day! I honestly don't like the process of buying a car, because some dealers give you the run around, and you end up spending your whole day trying to buy a certain car, and by the end of the day, you walk out unhappy, frustrated, and no closer to buying a car than you was when you walked in. I spent a total of 4 hrs between the first appt, and the delivery of my car! Jose, Robert and the finance manager were very efficient! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks guys!! I LOVE my car!!! More

When my husband returned to pick up the registration and have the inspection done, Jose was there to patiently offer instructions on the navigation system and set up bluetooth, as well as go over other questions that we had. And my husband enjoyed lunch in the cafe while the car was being inspected and washed. Great job Jose! More
