I bought a certified pre-owned Lexus and the experience could not possibly have been better. Not only is the dealership itself modern, bright and cheerful, but our sales guy, Marc Vigor, was the best I eve could not possibly have been better. Not only is the dealership itself modern, bright and cheerful, but our sales guy, Marc Vigor, was the best I ever encountered in 40 years of buying cars. There was no haggling because of the Smart Pricing policy at Herb Chambers so Marc simply spent his time helping us choose the best car for what we could afford. He was incredibly informative and, more important, just a pleasure to deal with. The kicker? My wife and I were having a senior moment working with the remote feature of locking the doors when we left the dealership and parked at a local restaurant to celebrate our new purchase. We called Marc for instructions and he then did what we thought was incredible. He left his desk, got in his car and drove to our restaurant parking lot to show us (again) what we were doing wrong. My husband had set-up an appointment with Cliff Blacker to test-drive my choice vehicle, and when we arrived at the dealership Cliff had the two cars I was interested in ready for me to take out on the road. Having never owned a Lexus before, Cliff gave me a terrific intro to the car, its capabilities and its features during the test drive, so that by the time we pulled back to the dealership, I knew I had found the car for me. The sales process with Cliff was seamless. He explained every step of the sales process as far as pricing, certifications, financing etc. and gave us all the time we needed to ask questions, and then speak privately as we made our decision. At no point did I feel pressured, hassled, bullied or pushed into buying my car, which is the reason we kept the ball rolling and bought it! We had to arrange to come back the following evening to complete financing, to drop-off our trade and to pick-up the new car, and Cliff was happy to work around our schedules and make himself available to us. Following our time with the finance office, Cliff took close to an hour to go over every feature of my new car to make sure that we knew everything and anything about the vehicle before we drove off the lot. I left the dealership really understanding my car - and also knowing he was just a phone call away if I had questions. Cliff followed-up the sale with phone calls and emails to make sure we were happy and to thank us for our business, and in our few exchanges when my husband had questions, he was back to one of us immediately. Our experience with Clayton Zak in finance was equally impressive. Clayton was efficient and kept the process in-motion, while answering all our questions and ensuring I was offered all of Lexus' extra benefits and warranties/certifications. He had a fun, upbeat personality - which is exactly what you need while signing all the paperwork! Cliff and Clayton were excellent examples of what it means to now be a part of the Lexus family. The dealership knows how to make its customers feel valued and important, and I have never had such solidly good, honest service in all my years of car ownership. Doing business with Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon was a true pleasure, and we look forward to maintaining this relationship for years to come. More
I bought a Lexus about 6 months ago and bought the extended tire and wheel protection package. When one of my tire popped, I went to another Lexus dealership in New Hampshire and tried to used my whee extended tire and wheel protection package. When one of my tire popped, I went to another Lexus dealership in New Hampshire and tried to used my wheel and tire protection package there but they didn't accept it. When I bought my Car, Bill Kessler was my sales person and he gave me his number and told me to call/text him whenever when I had a problem. So I called him and explain to him my situation how I was at another dealership and they didn't take extended protection plan. He told me that it should work and also got someone from the finance office to go over the plan with me too. Then he told me if they dont accept the plan there, just come down to the Herb Chambers in Sharon to get it taken care of. So I drove an hour down to the Herb Chambers, and the service agent knew about my situation since Bill told him about it. They took really good care of me and also filled my gas for me too. I would recommend the Lexus service but also Bill Kessler to anyone that wants to buy a car. He is genuine and cares for his buyers even if i bought the car 6 months ago. Thats what I call 5 star service and care!! More

On February 17, 2014 I called Robert Williams to express my dissatisfaction of a NEW 2012 Lexus LS 460 that I purchased on March of 2013. He was so overwhelmed with my rapid fire negative comments, he expr my dissatisfaction of a NEW 2012 Lexus LS 460 that I purchased on March of 2013. He was so overwhelmed with my rapid fire negative comments, he expressed apologies galore in such a professional calming demeanor that I ended up giving him a deposit on a new 2014 LS 460. WOW! Imagine in my frame of mine, buying a new car on the phone without even seeing it, well that sale was consumated when he said "Titus, this car is sitting in the show room and is as clean as a whistle". We needed a new car. Lexus was one possibility. We went to the Auto Mile because of the variety of dealers. We stopped at your site, looked around and entered the dealership. We were greeted very pleasantly at the front desk and asked if we needed help. Marc Vigor was paged. He was friendly and low key. He asked us the right questions and discussed possibilities. He was professional but not high pressure. He was respectful or were we were in the process. He showed us some alternatives and offered us coffee. We left and continued our search. We decided on a Lexus from Marc and scheduled an appointment. We returned and Marc selected two cars that meet our requirements. We tested them and bought one. Marc made the process very easy and then took extra time to make sure we knew how to use the car's many features. All in all this was probably the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience we have had. Also our facility is very attractive. More
