Believe this was a difficult and challenging repair involving the electronics of radio tuner, hard drive and navigation system. As usual our car when picked up was serviced as specified and super clean. Great communication with Mark Forcucci and then Patrick Santo all through the process. Sam her manager was who I had initially worked with via a referral and the handoff made me feel like I had TWO people in my corner working for me.
