Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, we can not fix an issue that can not be replicated. We cannot tear apart your dashboard as you have requested without being able to replicate your concern. There are protocols we must follow. In your last conversation with us, you determined you would be bringing your vehicle to another Lexus dealer for a second opinion. We acknowledged that getting a second opinion is a great idea. We have offered to contact Lexus for you to get a field technician to drive the vehicle with you as well. We are still willing to do that for you. Unfortunately, we never spoke personally, as you had mentioned in your review. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like me to try to assist. I look forward to connecting. First I didn't tell you to rip apart my dashboard. That was the verbiage used by your service department. I replicated the issue with Bill and he even acknowledged that the problem area. How you fix it is totally up to your department. Next day when I get a call and your service department tells me that 3 out of 4 issues can't be replicated is total xxxxxxxx. I replicated it the day before and it was ACKNOWLEDGED by Billy!! The thing that totally pissed me off is when I got into the car and the one thing your service department said they fixed is NOT fixed at all! I also could replicate the ticking and creaking from the dashboard area within 2 minutes utes. So to say that 4 people test drove the vehicle and found nothing is also xxxxxxxx. I honestly don't find your service department competent enough to fix this problem even if I wanted to. Thank you for your time!
