From the moment I drove in this dealer's Service department, I got an attitude from most people I interacted with. The technician who greeted me when I drove in gave me an attitude because I didn department, I got an attitude from most people I interacted with. The technician who greeted me when I drove in gave me an attitude because I didn't book an appointment beforehand. The service writer gave me an attitude because I referred to the dealer's service department as "body shop". That's what I saw when Google grouped all places that work on cars as body shop. The service manager gave me an attitude because I tried to cut costs and retained service quality. It's ironic since we all try to cut costs and maximize values from something, especially car dealership. For a dealership that sells a car that focuses on quality, and reliability, they sure do not provide those values themselves. More
