I had an emergency situation with my daughters car. Eric Graf and Brain Matthew’s immediately responded and diagnosed the situation in minutes saving me time and money. Got a call about upcoming service, and called rep back within an hour. V-mail said, “Out of office”, and no return call. Called her back on way to appointment - got put on hold, and left there. Cust within an hour. V-mail said, “Out of office”, and no return call. Called her back on way to appointment - got put on hold, and left there. Customer service rep., Nicole is not knowledgeable, and very snippy, “I didn’t call you, it must have been one of our schedulers”. Okay, slay me! Went up to sales area to kill time, and no one asked, “can I help you?”. They over-charged for my service, and a bunch of reasons for what they did. Won’t go back. More
