I had a very below average recent experience with servicing my Lexus NX300. After the car was serviced, I couldn’t get a straight answer to some basic questions about my service on a timely basis. G servicing my Lexus NX300. After the car was serviced, I couldn’t get a straight answer to some basic questions about my service on a timely basis. Got the car back without an inspection report or report on systems that were stating to need work, like the brakes and audio system. By coincidence, I visited a competing dealership and they identified brake pads that would need attention soon, as well as a radio that required a software update. When I went back to my repair order from Herb Chambers, they never included an inspection report. Several calls to the Herb Chambers never brought about answers. Yes, I know that there was a ransomware attack which disabled crucial dealership systems, but I had difficulty getting straight answers even before the software outage. This all happened despite regular calls and texting with the service advisor, and later the head of service at Herb Chamber Lexus. This experience, coupled with the ongoing difficulty in scheduling a service appointment that includes a loaner car makes me wonder if the “golden age” of Lexus superior service is over. Or perhaps Herb Chambers Lexus is taking customers for granted. Or maybe they are victims of their own success and having to cut corners to keep up with the volume of service that comes in the door. Either way, I’m quite disappointed. There’s definitely an opportunity for substantial improvement here. More

An absolute horrible experience wish I could give zero stars… basically I brought my car in the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend for my Lexus UX 15K service which was almost $200 bucks and issues with a t stars… basically I brought my car in the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend for my Lexus UX 15K service which was almost $200 bucks and issues with a tire… they replaced the tire and yet the next day my tire was flat the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend… I’ve been calling to try to get help and nobody has returned my car… very disappointing experience More

The dealership took 18 days and driving my car for around 200 miles to fix a dashboard rattle in my brand new Lexus TX 350. I had to involve the Lexus corporate brand engagement Department in order for the s 200 miles to fix a dashboard rattle in my brand new Lexus TX 350. I had to involve the Lexus corporate brand engagement Department in order for the service department to fix the issue. What's worse, they permanently scratched multiple places of my dashboard and didn't even tell me about it. Then on my test drive after they said they fixed the dashboard rattle I started hearing an even louder rattle from the rear side passenger door and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed in the Sharon Herb Chambers Lexus service department and my first foray into the Lexus brand. More
