I was at the Service department for my 20,000 mile service on 2/7/24. Like previous visits, Monica was very helpful, professional and personable. The service was performed in time without any problems and I was receiving text messages during the service for the status of the work. Meanwhile, I should recognize the nice lady at the coffee shop who was giving wonderful customer service with the complimentary beverages, pastry and other snacks. Amy was also very helpful finding a Sales agent to answer my questions regarding possible future purchase options. Kevin, the sale agent was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I have been coming here for service for 16 years and is it close to my house? No I drive 48 miles round trip why you ask when I have another Lexus dealership much closer to my house but I feel the service it close to my house?
