When I asked a question he would get back to me asap. I had a deal fall through on a different car (BEWARE Mini of Peabody), and so I wanted to get into the new car quickly. Sam never made me feel rushed and I always felt important even though I was aware he was dealing with other customers as well. He listened to my concerns and I feel he did his best to get me into the car as quickly as possible per my request. The gentleman that helped me in the finance department (Samuel Desroches) was also very kind and really worked with me to get a good rate (when most banks were saying no, or higher rates than desired). My previous purchase at Mini of Peabody was a HORRIBLE experience. Herb Chamber Mini of Boston was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Sam for your next Mini purchase! More
