However, Sam Tutton is a shining star who makes the most difficult deals a pleasant experience. In fact, he put together a complicated purchase over the phone. He gave me a great price on a 2019 fully loaded Countryman Iconic S All 4, valued my trade based on photos I sent to him, and arranged financing through MINI Financial. I am 71 years old, and have never encountered an auto salesperson who is as gifted as Sam at crafting a deal as quickly and professionally. I must give credit to Herb Chambers management both for hiring Sam and supporting his independent approach.
