But now I'm picking up my second Mini Cooper S convertible from Herb Chambers MINI of Boston. Why go back? Because my first experience was so outstanding. I don't begrudge VW. They were very generous with the TDI buy-back program. I've driven many VWs over the decades and always liked them. I was THRILLED to learn that Mark Ravin, Service Advisor is still there. That sealed the decision for me. Mark LOVES Mini and it made all the difference when servicing my first Mini. I also had an excellent experience with Motoring Advisor Brian Epstein. He is polite, professional and knowledgeable. The icing on the cake was Moustafa Hamouda, Business Manager. He was extremely polite and professional. He really went the extra yard for me, patiently answering all of my questions and even staying late. Kudos and gratitude to Herb Chambers for attracting and retaining excellent people. More

Last February I made an appointment to meet with him at the showroom after our phone conversation. Andrei listened to my needs and wants and picked out the perfect Mini for me and was able to get me into it for exactly what I wanted. I had wanted a Mini for a long time but was afraid to downsize. He knew his product and was passionate about it going over all the pluses and assuring me it was a good fit and the one for me. He was spot on and I love my Mini and will be a long time loyal to the brand customer and a huge fan of his. I went for the 2015 with all its incentives even though they where rolling out the 2016's Andrei assured me of benefits and value behind my purchase and made it happen with shear ease.
