Very helpful when selling you the vehicle. Once you make your down-payment and sign all of your paperwork that stops. I got the runaround for two days trying to get them to get the proper pape Once you make your down-payment and sign all of your paperwork that stops. I got the runaround for two days trying to get them to get the proper paperwork to my insurance company so I could get my registration and inspection done on Saturday, which they assured me multiple times would not be a problem. Now I have to attempt to make time during my work week for the third time to accommodate them. All because they couldn't take a few minutes to fax my insurance company paperwork in a timely fashion.
