Excellent Service Management Pertsonnel - Martin Dodd I have owned 5 Toyota products. I recently bought an Avalon from Herb Chambers of Auburn. There is another Toyota dealer closer to me but I was not I have owned 5 Toyota products. I recently bought an Avalon from Herb Chambers of Auburn. I buy Toyotas because of their quality so for me the only real difference between Toyota dealers is how they treat their customers. My service experience at Herb Chambers of Auburn is the absolute best ever! I am especially pleased with Martin Dodd. He makes you feel like he really cares about you as a person, not just another service transaction. For example, I had a warranty issue which I explained to him and he took responsibility for seeing to it that I was treated right. I felt like he was my advocate, not an adversary. Well Done, Martin!
