Amazed just AMAZED Received a call a few weeks back from Wael Aldayoub stating something to the effect of: If we can get you into a new car for the same payments would y Received a call a few weeks back from Wael Aldayoub stating something to the effect of: If we can get you into a new car for the same payments would you consider trading in your existing Van. Well, because I had family coming in and was only part listening, I said yes sure. Made an appointment for 2 weeks out. The day of our appointment, my wife and I drove over to Auburn to check out the possibilities. We were greeted by Wael, very kind and warm but not overly aggressive. He walked with us to the vans, showed us the different packages. Went with us on a test drive. While on the test drive answered all our questions about the differences between our model and the 2014 model. Always smiling and had a positive attitude, still not overly aggressive. My wife liked the van we test drove but didn't like the color. Wael did a system search and found one that we overlooked (because it was parked in front of the building vs out with the rest) in the right color. We ended up with a payment within 3 dollars of our original payment and drove home with a 2014 Toyota Sienna. All through the process I never felt pushed or pressured to buy. All through the process Wael was cheerful and very pleasant to communicate and deal with. A total different car buying experience than I've felt (only once before - when I bought my 2012 Toyota Sienna at Herb Chambers). I think that Wael is going to be a great salesman for Herb Chambers. Did I mention he was 3 weeks new to the job? With only 3 weeks experience, he still hit a home run. Thank you Wael for an awesome experience in buying a new car. And, Thank you Herb Chambers for hiring someone like Wael so that he could make my experience such a memorable one. More

I'm new to the area, so when my car was towed to Herb Chambers, I was a little skeptical. However, after my experience with Chan, I would 100% recommend this dealership. I was tired and stressed out, but Chan was extremely calm and courteous, which in turn, calmed me down. I felt like my car was in good hands, and I was able to leave feeling better. Chan was very patient with me- answering all my questions. He kept open communication during the day with my husband, which made us feel like he had our backs! When I picked up my car, Chan greeted me and spent the time to explain everything that was going on. Great customer service. Will come again! More
