When I found out I needed a new car (previous vehicle totaled in an accident) I didn't have much time to shop around. Luckily, a friend had just purchased a brand new 2013 RAV4, so I was able to check out her new car, and decided that would be a good option. I spoke with Tim on the phone and gave him my list of "musts"- which was pretty extensive. The only vehicle that met all of my criteria was located at the Boston dealership. Three days later when I went to the Auburn dealership for my appointment, my car was there! Tim traveled to Boston on his day off to pick up the car so that I would be able to take it home on Saturday. Purchasing a new car takes a couple of hours, by time we sat down with Chris we were eager to move things along. He was very friendly and didn't waste any time trying to sell us a bunch of add-on's we didn't need. The overall experience was painless, and I was able to take my new car home the same day. We will definitely continue to purchase vehicles from Herb Chambers, their service is unmatched. More

My son and I went to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn MA. My son had called the day before to speak with a sales rep regarding price, features, lease and purchase options for a Corolla. My son drove from New Jersey to pick me up and see the Corolla. The original sales rep had been given the day off. Wayne stepped in, calmed us down and spoke to us honestly. We negotiated fairly. He interviewed us as to what we were looking for as far as needs and wants. I am from Connecticut, a former business manager from a CT Chrysler dealership. I know all the ropes, procedures, after sales, potential gimmicks and red flags. When I was informed State law prohibits a MA dealer putting a dealer plate on a CT car and I could take my car home I was disappointed because I had no car and was in a jamb. Upon telling Wayne this he said he would drive all the way to Norwich CT the next day to register this for me, personally. To my absolute joy after meeting with the business manager he informed me that he was giving me a free rental to use from the rental dept (no charge, just replace the gas) until my car was registered and cleaned up, waxed. The next day my son got a call from Wayne informing us my car was ready. My wife and I went to pick the car up and Wayne gave us a walk around the car, explained every feature in detail ( I have blue tooth, cool!) then proceeded to give me a tour of the service department (cool drive in service, I mean, you have to see this operation.) He then scheduled my first oil change and informed me my oil changes were provided free for the first two years. This was the most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had. Folks, if you want to buy it right and be able to be in and out of a dealership in a reasonable amount of time then look up this guy, Wayne Brodski at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn.
