I just purchased a 2013 Camry Hybrid XLE to replace my previous vehicle of 07 Scion tC, which was also purchased brand-new at Herb Chamber Toyota at Auburn. Bob Walker was the salesperson who helped me from start to finish for this 2013 Camry hybrid vehicle. He was able to match up the offer that I got from another dealership, which saved me approx. one hundred miles of unnecessary driving. During the negotiation process, I was almost giving up on purchasing a car there as we were so far away on the trade-in price of my Scion tC. However, due to Bob's patience, efforts and not-giving up tendencies, he was able to talk to his manager to get us to a point where we all satisfied on the price of my trade. I would have to say if it wasn't for Bob's efforts to make this deal happen, I would not purchase my car at Herb Chamber Toyota at Auburn. Before I made a decision signing a paper with them, Bob also explained all the options (i.e. buy or lease) I could have to help me decide what may be the best option for me. During vehicle delivery, he described all the features of my brand new hybrid and make sure that I am ok to use them on my own. He also spends as much time familiarizing us with the new vehicle as we need. I recently bought a Prius Plug-In and he took the extra time I needed to explain the daunting functions and workings of the numerous buttons on the dashboard until I really understood. Herb chambers is lucky to have him as well as Timothy Dalton,Alyssa Baril,and Martin Dodd as well. The staff at Herb chambers is always polite and make it a point to answer questions and accomodate busy schedules. We went to this dealership in search of a car for our granddaughter (despite the fact that we did not have a good experience there last year). This time we were fortunate enough to meet Tomi, who would not give up on us. We were particular about what we wanted for her, and Tomi certainly knows the inventory at this dealership. After looking at two or three cars, which were okay but not exactly what we wanted, he found the perfect car for our granddaughter. A day or two later she came up to Auburn from Cape Cod to try out the two we had decided she would like, and she picked the one that Tomi and we thought was the perfect car for her. She travels to school in North Carolina and needs a dependable car. This 2005 Honda CRV is in excellent condition, and she likes it very much. She was also searching for a car on the Cape, but didn't find anything that she really liked---until she saw this and test drove it. Thanks to Tomi and his friendliness, as well as his knowledge of the cars at this dealership, she has a dependable car and it's nice looking as well. We will go back to Tomi again when we are in the market for a car for ourselves. More
