Service was slow for a basic oil change and tire rotation. About 90 minutes. I was there first thing at 7:15, with an appointment. They also tried to charge me $120 for a cabin air filter, that they rotation. About 90 minutes. I was there first thing at 7:15, with an appointment. They also tried to charge me $120 for a cabin air filter, that they said "was chewed apart by rodents". I said no. I purchased one online-for a fraction of what they would charge, installed it myself (5 minute job) and guess what? The air filter was intact, it was not chewed apart by rodents. Yes, it was dirty, but still intact. What a bunch of liars! They were also going to charge me $100 for labor for the oil change and tire rotation, I kidd you not. Luckily, I have the complimentary 2 year maint. package. Once that expires, I will take my Toyota somewhere else to be serviced. This dealer is a ripoff, I don't understand the numerous positive reviews on this site. Maybe people enjoy throwing their money away. Only go to this dealer if you have a warranty, avoid if you have to pay anything out of pocket (i.e. basic maint services). There are better, more honest places out there. Good Luck. More

He was very thorough about explaining the various options available to me and consistently provided clear information about the vehicle choices answering all my questoins very well. His communication skills were superb, and he is a great listener. The financing options were explained so I could easily understand them with no 'double-talk'. I never felt pressured and the entire staff put me at ease, ensuring I received a warm welcome and a fond farewell. They even went out of their way to square me away with great local auto insurance through Liberty Mutual; the Rep, Shaun Beauregard, came right to the dealership to expedite the coverage paperwork.
