This is my second time working with Steve Wilbur on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I think the obvious speaks for itself as I returned for a 2nd time. Working with Steve was seamless. He was there as a person helping me select a vehicle that I was interested in buying not pushing a vehicle he wanted to sell that I wasn't interested in. He listened to what I was looking for and what I was willing to invest and he gave me a tour of some great options and easily answering any questions as well as being very astute in his advice. I had been looking for a vehicle for two years now and had visited plenty of dealerships. When we approached the front door of the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly salesman by the name of Tony Bonilla. He let my husband explain our situation (negative equity in current vehicle), were greeted by a very friendly salesman by the name of Tony Bonilla. He let my husband explain our situation (negative equity in current vehicle), and listened as my husband stated what he would like to see happen (trade in current vehicle and purchase a 2011 Toyota Camry). Tony was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. He was also extremely professional, polite, and funny. This made it a pleasure to work with him. We never felt pressured. He brouht us beverages and made sure we were comforatable. My husband test drove the Camry, and he loved it. The only problem was that he wanted leather interior and white exterior. There was one white Camry on the lot (the one he test drove), but it did not have leather interior. Tony said he could have leather put in the car for the cost of $1,200. The next step was getting the financing, which was tricky due to the negative equity in the trade in. The finance manager, Shawn McDevitt, was also very helpful. He had a way of making us feel at ease and not feel embarassed by the fact that there was a possiblity of the financing not getting approved. We provided all of our financial information. This was very late on a Saturday. Therefore, Shawn said he would work on getting us the loan first thing Monday morning, when the bank's were open and fully staffed. At 10:00 am Monday morning Shawn called my husband and informed my him that the loan was approved and for the terms we had hoped for. We went in to sign paperwork, since the loan is in both of our names. All the while, Tony and Shawn were very professional and friendly. My husband picked the car up Friday afternoon, because the leather needed to be installed on the interior. The leather job was excellent. It was two toned (dark and light grey), which has a very classy work. We have absolutely no complaints about our entire buying experience. This is the first time we can say that about buying a new car from a dealer. All our questions were answered completely and accurately, including the extended warranty options available. More
My car was dead and there was no way around it. This dealership was not the first one I stopped at and was just a shot in the dark to try. I walked in with a "this is going to be pointless" attitude. I have no credit, little savings and nothing spectatular to trade. Hopeless in my mind. I did my quick "look around" and quickly gave up. I headed straight for my borrowed from a friend vehicle. Only moments before reaching my car was I stopped by Mike. He asked what I was looking for and shot out a few more basic need to know questions. I gave him my poor standings and near impossible restrictions. In a few moments I was standing in front of my first option. He gave me the need to know information and how it could work out for me. Still with little hope in my mind I began paperwork to try for acceptance. Knowning my chances Mike showed me yet another, more do-able option. One the bank might be more willing to agree to. A better car with lower miles. Seemed just as equally hopeless to me. After waiting a few moments he came back informing me that my chances were good. Taking the second car for a test drive I returned with an approvial and more paperwork began. Mike was able to take near impossible and make it work. I enjoyed working with him and was thankful for having him instantly invest in me and my needs. He made my buying process as least stressful as possible (because let's be honest, buying a car is a stressful deal when you have limited options and savings). I highly recommend going here for your car needs and if you are lucky enough to get Mike, you may just be as lucky as me and walk out with a new car and a lot lessed stressed out.
