This is the third RAV 4 that I have purchased from Tim Dalton. He is, by far, one of the best people I have met in my life. He did mention that the dealership was having some good deals now and would introduce us to a salesman if we wanted. We said yes and he introduced us to Tim Dalton. Our experience with Tim Dalton was also very good. He too was professional and very patiently explained all our options to us, at no time did we feel any pressure to buy a car.
