Excellent Customer Service I called the Service Dept yesterday and was immediately greeted by Christina who promptly set up an appointment for me-less than 30 minutes! The reason for my call was that I was receiving a message on my dashboard stating that my AWD was disengaged. When I arrived to the dealership, Scott was the first assist me. He explained what services I was going to get and the length of the appointment. We determined that while I was at the dealership to go ahead and get an oil change. He was very prompt and courteous and even offered to schedule my next service appointment. More
