I had a 2:30 appt for an oil change and when I inquired at 4pm about the delay, I was told that they were running late because of walk-ins. I was happy with my experience for the most part. Moo was great. The issue I had was after the contract was signed it turned out the mileage on the title was not the same as the advertisement and c Moo was great. I can understand a small difference due to test drives but it was a 7,000 mile difference. At this point I have been there for 5 hours and just wanted to finalize the transaction but I felt very mislead. I'm hoping I love this vehicle and not regret backing out at that moment. More
