Good morning, Thanks for reaching out to me but at this point I’m out of almost 3 Grand which could have been avoided had your service person Paul been more helpful. You’re the dealership you’re supposed to be the safe haven for people to take their vehicles regardless if it was purchased with you or not. The way this guy handled the situation was if I was asking him to lie. When all he had to do was tell them truth that when I dropped the vehicle off the AC wasn’t working and I had a Propulsion System service error due to the wires being chewed by rodents that you all discovered. I reported this issue to the place I purchased the vehicle from 3 days after getting the vehicle and the recommended to me to take it to the dealer. Your guy Paul told the claims people the damage happened after I dropped the vehicle off which made no sense and they immediately denied the claim. I called the claim people advised them maybe they misunderstood Paul they said OK well have him call back. I called Paul asked him if he could please call them back and tell them the damage was done prior to me dropping off the vehicle his reply was why would I tell them that. He then stated in frustrated tone we need to get this fixed and get the loaner back because the loaner was for paying customers. He then said I’ll call them again but I’m pretty sure they will deny it again. Ten minutes later he said it was denied again. If you all record calls for training purposes you can listen to the call. After that I authorized the repairs because I knew I wasn’t getting any help from you all.
