We went to Volvo of Norwood first in our search for a new car. Dave introduced himself as we were walking around the lot. We said we wanted to take the XC60 for a test drive. After the drive, we said we were going to look at some other cars. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy the car or anything. When we went to 2 other dealerships, the experience was what you expect and the stereotypical response of a salesperson. One saleperson at the other dealership must have gotten out of 80s sales training. He said what would it take to get us into the car, even when we told him we did not like the ride of the car. It took us an additional 10 minutes just to get the keys to our car back!! We decided to go back to Volvo. Dave was great. No pressure from him again. When we told him we had a short amount of time because school was going to end soon and we had to get our son of the bus, he expediated the process and we finished the paperwork extremely fast. We came back the next day to pick-up the XC60. Dave took the time to explain certain features that we had questions about and appreciated the short amount of time. Compared to the other dealerships and the non-pressured environment at Volvo, we were extremely pleased about the experience, which is very hard to have when you're buying a car. We were also very impressed with the how everyone treated us at Volvo, from the sales manager, business manager and meeting the service manager. More

I like the peace of mind of knowing I am covered for anything that may come up even though the car feels and looks like it is great shape. After speaking with sales person Tom Naymie at length over the phone, I felt comfortable giving a deposit to hold the car while I mulled over the big decision. The used car Manager Brian offered a very fair value for my trade in, considering he hadn't seen it and was taking my word about its condition. The price I paid for the new car was also very fair, thanks to the sales Manager Graham. Not once did I feel pressured, and everyone was available to me whenever I called with questions. The transaction was a complicated one, because of NY and Massachussets Motor Vehicle Department's inability to get along. But, with the help of the entire Volvo of Norwood's staff, we got it done. Randy in their office was essential in guiding me through the registration process. When I drove up there to take delivery, the condition of the car was even better than I had imagined. It was spotless, had a full tank of gas, and was ready to head back to NY. The delivery process was quick and painless, and I was happy to take them up on the Tire and Wheel Insurance they offered to me (NYC and Long Island roads are murder on tires/wheels), again at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and my choice to do business with Volvo of Norwood. Their staff is top-notch. Who knows, when it's time to replace my 2012 S60 this coming March, I just may have to take the trip up there again. More

Yesterday morning Matt not only inquired about how my Volvo was performing but also how my daughter, Meaghan, was doing who recently had a baby and also has her Volvo serviced at Volvo of Norwood. By the way when Matt inquired about my Volvo, my response was "Matt it's a Volvo". The implication being that I rarely have an issue and i'm there just for scheduled service. Matt found a specialist to reasonably repair the damage at a very affordable price, saving a large cost to replace the seat leather. He also made sure we would have no inconvenience or added cost due to car staying overnight in shop. Great work on mechanical upkeep as well. More
