This place costed me a few grand because the guy Paul wasn’t competent enough to tell the claims people correct info. He more interested in getting paid instead of helping me. Wasn’t happy with my last service. I was told the work was done and we arrived at the dealership within 15 minutes. The car hadn’t been inspected as I indicated I wanted when asked. I was told it would be 15 minutes as one car was ahead of me. I waited about a half hour. There was miscommunication apparently between the inspection bay and the service desk. When my car was finally brought to me I was asked about the Volvo on-call service light. Turns out this is different from the normal service needed message, unbeknownst to me. The service advertised sir and the service tech had not noticed the light and now I have to make a separate appt to have this addressed. I left the dealership more than an hour after receiving the text stating the car was ready the car is two years old and I don’t drive a lot of miles. Not happy I have to go back and it will take a month to get an appt if I need a loaner for the day. More
