I am so sorry that your wife's credit was ran more than once. Often times in our quest to obtain the best possible financing terms for our customer, it is necessary to submit information to more that one bank. However, since you were told that your credit would only be pulled once, we should have done just that. I have spoken to the parties involved and processes have been put into place to prevent this from occurring.
