He reminded me that as long as I do my routine service, I won’t have to suffer a huge cost at the end of my service. I took my 2014 Subaru Legacy in for a 97.5k service. After waiting less than 90 minutes, Rodney came out and told me the Good News. My car was done and it’s running great. I was so relieved. Unlike other cars I owned, I was expecting to drop hundreds of dollars to have my car fixed. Fortunately, after the multi-pt inspection my car was doing great. Now, I feel completely comfortable letting my son drive to school knowing that I don’t have to worry about the car breaking down. Thank you so my Rodney, Harry, and the rest of the awesome staff at service department at Herb Gordon Subaru. I’m so happy I looking forward to buying my next Subaru, especially since I have a 2012 Outback that is still up and running. More

This review is only applicable to the service manager on duty on 28 May 2022, not the dealership itself. I’m an out of the state Subaru owner on a family vacation driving through Maryland. There’s a rattli duty on 28 May 2022, not the dealership itself. I’m an out of the state Subaru owner on a family vacation driving through Maryland. There’s a rattling noise from the under body, which was suspected to be from the loose heat shield cover. We detoured 20 minutes from the highway to this dealership and hoped to get a quick assistance (probably won’t take more than a couple of minutes). Upon arrival, the service manager refused to help by saying that there’s about 40 minutes left to the shop closure, he does not have enough technicians and the noise shouldn’t affect the drivability. I was fairly disappointed at him for not caring about a Subaru owner seeking a quick help from any Subaru dealerships given a situation like this. More

My car was taken care of within 1 week (dealing with warranty company). Personally recommend the Service Department. More

I knew my car needed a lot of TLC going in for this service appt (8-year old car, new tires needed, issues with air conditioner & then some, etc...), & I was very satisfied with the amount of attention service appt (8-year old car, new tires needed, issues with air conditioner & then some, etc...), & I was very satisfied with the amount of attention to my car by my service advisor, Mike Goodman. He told me upfront based on his initial impressions what he thought the car needed, & kept me appraised with the progress of what they found & completed, as the car needed to stay for ~1 1/2 weeks for all the services it needed. Additionally the loaner car they were able to let me use was incredibly helpful since my car had to stay with them, such a great service! I immensely appreciated the communication and explanations, & everything I asked to be inspected &/or fixed was addressed & handled! I & my car feel much safer now! More
