Came in with a friend for a used vehicle. I was in the dealership with my friend in October. Fran Scepanovich took care of her. I was able to listen in on her conversation with Fran. After hearing everything' I mentioned to Fran that I also purchased a car at Heritage the early part of 2019 - January but my salesman didn't give me all information on my car like my friend received. . She went above and beyond to pull up my sale and printed the info I didn't receive. I felt she was an execellent sales person and deserved a good note . I didn't expect to have her give me the paper that my salesperson should've given me but she just did it for me. I feel the excellent customer .service she gave me was above what was expected of her.
