Excellent experience coming from New York to purchase. After searching through hundreds of vehicles online I finally found the Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited I was looking for at Heritage Cadillac. I was ve After searching through hundreds of vehicles online I finally found the Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited I was looking for at Heritage Cadillac. I was very pleased with my experience here. This was my first vehicle I ever purchased out of state. When arriving in Chicago from New York they were even able to help arrange a ride for me to the dealership. John Paz was the driver and we had good conversations on the way there. He was a great driver and knew the area very well. When arriving we met the salesman Basil and he was able to answer every question I had regarding the vehicle. He patiently waited while I looked at every detail under the hood and in the cab. All the features I wanted were on the vehicle including the rocker panel stepups, rock guards, skid plates, bead lock rims, and everything was polished to perfection. Frank Casa also was a big help when signing the paperwork. Overall I had a wonderful experience and am very satisfied with my purchase. More
