Incompetent People / Horrible Service I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service from this dealership, who appears to be a “high-end” dealer. I purchased a vehicle from this dealers I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service from this dealership, who appears to be a “high-end” dealer. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on January 3, 2018. I am from Wisconsin, so I needed to pay taxes, title, etc. through the state of Wisconsin. I was transferring license plates from a prior vehicle, which were to expire February 14, 2018. I expressed the desire to handle all of the taxes / paperwork myself at the DMV in Wisconsin to ensure I’d meet the deadline. They told me they’d handle everything and that I didn’t need to worry. Fast forward 3 weeks—they FINALLY START the electronic process of filing the necessary registration and tax information. It took 3 weeks for them to even start the process! A temporary registration was sent to me, which expires 2/14/18. I followed up with the DMV on two separate occasions the last week January, both times I was informed the dealer had “started” the process but not completed it. I spoke on three different occasions with people at the dealership, confirming everything was taken care of on their end and that I’d be receiving the permanent registration in the mail shortly. Today, I receive a call from my lender stating that I had 60 days from the loan origination for them to receive the title indicating they are the lienholder, otherwise my interest rate would default to an unsecured interest rate of over 15%. After spending 45 minutes on hold with the DMV, they confirmed the dealership still had not completed the electronic process and that it was still in a “ready to pay” status. Nearly 45 days after my purchase the idiots at this dealership still have not finished the title / registration process, and have not paid the DMV the thousands of dollars I gave them for taxes. And as of Wednesday I will not be able to drive my vehicle legally because the temporary registration I received will be expired. Compounding that, they have 2 weeks to get things straightened out and for my lender to receive the title to the vehicle with them listed as the lienholder, otherwise my interest rate will literally increase by 8 times the current rate. Steer clear from this dealership. They are quick to sell you a car but fall WAY short with customer service. Incompetent people that tell you what you want to hear, but is baseless and full of lies. If you’re going to spend $40,000 - $90,000 on a vehicle, you should expect much more than Heritage provides. More

Upon arrival we were greeted by Fran who was very welcoming and attentive . After a few brief questions about our needs and what we wanted out of the vehicle she immediately got the keys for a test drive . During the entire process Fran and the sales manager Dan were awesome, I can’t say enough about the pleasant experience these two made the car buying experience. No pressure, very helpful and attentive . This is my first Cadillac and it was only made possible because of Fran and dan , you guys rock! I didn’t finance through them, but during my purchase I dealt with john in finance. John was great, made the signing painless and non threatening. Between Fran , Dan and John you will hit a home run at Heritage Cadillac ! More
