I had a bad experience with the other service lady. She gave me bad service and she didn't follow up with me. She said she was going to call me Monday morning and she didn't so I called at 12 noon and talked to Vivian and she took it from there and got me a rental car and when my vehicle was ready she called to let me know. I must say if it was not for Vivian I would never come back to the service center. I am a DJ so I have told all my costumer to come to the service center and ask for Vivian because she takes care of you. Please let Vivian know that Mr Weeks is very happy with her service. Sooooo with that recommendation, I gave them a try. Discovery: Excellent sales team – Russell Macey, Jr. and Jerome Nelson, Jr. Russ, the internet manager, followed up with my online message and pulled me in. The closer, Jerome, was informative, extremely patient, kind and FUNNY. ( I was pleased that they accepted my trade-in.) A special thanks to Vincent Gross, the finance manager. In fact everyone that I met in the dealership last night was friendly and waiting to assist. In sum: Until I arrived at Heritage, I dreaded stepping into a dealership. We will only visit Heritage from here on out! My experience at Heritage Chevy was wonderful! My mother had gone the day before to do research into a vehicle for me and she worked with Jed. He expl My experience at Heritage Chevy was wonderful! My mother had gone the day before to do research into a vehicle for me and she worked with Jed. He explained the available features to her in a way she would understand so she could translate them on to me. He was super nice and helped us move to a Trax when we couldn't afford the Equinox. He even worked us into a higher model Trax with more equipment, instead of the lower. When I showed up the bext day to buy, he had everything ready for me, and had my vehicle cleaned out front. He helped me understand how Apple Play works and I now have GPS in my car which i never had before! In a couple years I want to trade in my 2013 Cruze and buy from Jed again! More
