Jerome was great with communication and helped me learn about all the features our new car would have (since I hadn’t been in a newer car in over 10 years.) On the day I purchased, I had to bring my son to the dealership and he was amazing with him as well. The detailing wasn’t finished in time for me to pickup my daughter, so we took our old car home and Jerome brought it to us in Annapolis. My young son was a bit emotional to part with our old vehicle and Jerome was so patient and kind. We will never forget him! We’ll be back again to purchase a newer truck for dad from Jerome!! More
