This dealership and sales team are full of Energy!!!! Only area they can improve is the detailing area we waited almost 1hr for them to get our new car ready and they got frustrated with the sales team for asking about a time frame for customers 12/24/2022--update on this review well the review above I left out the trouble and miscommunication that we had when I arrived at the dealership as they were showing the SUV we came to look at to another couple(we made an appointment) and basically we had to wait to see if they would buy or not long story short we went with another SUV that no one was looking at well they owed me some parts until this day there continues to be miscommunication with me getting what they owe me for our 2021 SUV today I got another package and it only had 1 of the final 2 parts that we have been waiting on so they still owe me a part almost a month later I send emails they don't reply with photos and videos and I always have to call I felt it was time to update the review and tell the truth about my experience with this dealership. I guess I will never get the final part they owe me!! More
