I want to say, "THANK YOU" to my service advisor Ms. Vivian Brunson for adding my car to the service calendar today. I came to get an oil change this morning but realized my truck was having issues with Vivian Brunson for adding my car to the service calendar today. I came to get an oil change this morning but realized my truck was having issues with starting. A quick check revealed that I needed a new battery. My wait wasn't long for service and the staff also had the waiting area set up for social distancing. Thanks again to all of the staff for always providing excellent customer service. More

Good Serv Brought my car in for dead battery on Monday morning because I thought it might still be under warranty. It was replaced 26 months ago on warranty so it wasn’t this time. They checked the charging system and installed a new battery and I was on my way home inside of 2 hours. I needed to get another car to drive. My 1990 Isuzu Trooper was very "sick". I came in on a Tuesday night after work to look into getting another car before my 30 year old car died completely. I came in around 8:00 PM and met with salesman Ed. He was very nice and I told him what was going on and he found a 2017 Chevy Cruze for me. We went for a test drive and I liked the car. Previously my family had always had a Ford or Mercury. This will be only the 3rd Chevrolet the my family has owned. By the time we returned from the test drive it was around 8:30 PM. Ed took my information and submitted my application. All the banks had closed by then so Derek came out and spoke with me and asked if I could come back the next morning. I was off from work the next day so I said that I could come back the next morning when the banks had re-opened. Ed said that he was off the next day but that would meet me at the dealership to finalize everything. I couldn't remember if they were supposed to call me or if I was supposed to come back the next morning at 10:00 AM . Well I goofed the next morning and I showed up the next morning after 10:00 AM when I hadn't heard from the dealership. I was supposed to wait for their call before coming in. Oops. Well Ed wasn't there but they gave him a call and told him that I was at the dealership. Ed was out running errands on his day off but was close by. He said that he would be there 10 minutes. I sat down at Ed's desk and he got some more information from me and they continued with the approval process. We'll Ed got me approved with a good finance company and I called my insurance agent to get the car set up for insurance coverage. I was leaving the dealership with my car just after 12:00 PM . Ed really helped me through the process. He is a really great person to work with and he even came in on his day off to help me. More
