The sales person, John Ferraiuolo, who greeted me at my first visit to the dealership has become my favorite car salesman. Throughout the process, John offered me several options that he thought would fit my budget and necessities I wanted in a vehicle. He seemed sincerely interested in getting me in the vehicle I wanted and did not stop working for me until it happened. Professional, excellent customer service, sense of humar For years, I wanted a Jeep Wrangler. I decided to start looking last year in going into dealerships, stopping people with Jeeps asking questions, and For years, I wanted a Jeep Wrangler. I decided to start looking last year in going into dealerships, stopping people with Jeeps asking questions, and going on the internet getting information. Some of the dealerships that I went into environment felt "cold" and it took awhile for a sales person to address me. I do not know what could be the reason, maybe because I was a female by myself. Months later, I decided I am ready to purchase, but I still was not there as far as a dealership to work with, so I sent three dealerships in my area 10-12 questions. One dealership told me to come in and talk. I stated to save me time, answer my questions because I do not want to sit in a dealership for hours and walk out the door with nothing and then come back. The other dealership did not answer my questions. Heritage Jeep Owings Mills, John was the only one that answered my questions. So I took him to the next level, I asked more questions then I talk with him over the telephone and texted him questions and/or concerns. John had a lot of patients with me in my process. He spent a lot of time with me; wherein, he could have decided to let someone else deal with me. Finally, I came into the dealership after 4 months to meet John and talk about buying the vehicle I wanted. We went back and forward between Sahara and Sport, and what I am willing to pay for a vehicle of choice, which was the Sahara. I did not buy a vehicle that day. I continue texting John with questions about the tire cover, gas adapter, and other stuff. John hung on in there with me. For this man to have as much patient and continue responding to me, I would recommend him to anybody that which to purchase a vehicle that Heritage sale. Let me mention this, the day that I plan to purchase the vehicle, it was suppose to take about 45 minutes. It took me 5 hours. I guess I can go on, but I want to leave you with this. John, Jeff, Mike and Tony that assisted with the sale of my vehicle were all great guys and a great team to work with. I have personal stories about all of them in this process that was all good, enjoyable and satisfying. Excellent experience. More

Lack of Integrity Agreed to an all included, out the door price with GM over the phone. Took my reluctant wife and drove the 45 minutes out there. Salesperson presents a sheet with final number nearly $5000 above the price we agreed to. Had to turn right back around. They could seriously offer to give me the truck and I wouldn't take it. More

Service rep was kind enough to point out the sign stating their may be additional fees with each service; that there should have been the red flag. Why would a business tack additional fees for a service that they are already charging; just another way for greedy businesses to make money off of consumers. AC still not working, car either blowing hot air or AC going on and off while driving on the highway; inconvenience of having to leave work to bring take car back to the dealership for them to fix the AC, again. Yes it takes time to repair a vehicle however, my vehicle stayed at the dealership for 10hours. In the end I was charged with diagnostic services, other services in addition whatever the dealership could tack on my bill. I forget that despite wanting to trust dealerships I have forgotten their golden rule....manipulate for a buck. Hopefully my AC will be fixed right this time especially considering this dealership didn't make any mistakes taking my money for ALL the services given that didn't deliver. Once this is resolved, Owings Mills won't ever have to worry about my business or my husbands' as well as anyone I can warn to not bring their vehicle to this dealership. More
