They made the 3 hour drive that we made to the dealership from our home in Alexandria, VA during DC rush hour traffic a worth the trip. EXCELLENT Salesman, POOR Customer Service I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in January of 2019. I was trading in my 2008 Chevy Silverado which I loved, but it was time to move on. My salesman was I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in January of 2019. I was trading in my 2008 Chevy Silverado which I loved, but it was time to move on. My salesman was Jon Berenson and he was phenomenal honestly. Courteous, kind, he made every effort to get me into a vehicle I was comfortable with and we did just that with this Cherokee. After a month, I noticed that what I thought was an abnormality in the stitching of ther steering wheel was actually the coating on the wheel itself peeling and flaking off. I immediately took the vehicle to the dealership and they said they's order another wheel, as this was clearly just a defect in the wheel. I've gone back every month around the 15th of the month just to check on the status because I never have received a call, email, nothing. It is now June 18th and still nothing, I have reached out to my lawyer and am considering legal action More
