They Did the Impossible! I came into the dealership with little hope of leaving with the vehicle I wanted due to previous financial damage and a repo on my record. I had always wanted a Jeep and figured if I was going to make an attempt, it would be on the vehicle I really wanted. So I visited Jesse at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Parkville, MD. Not only was I greeted with an inviting smile and a warm personality, but he was able to work wonders. I met the GM who seemed a little tough at first, but eventually we were able to come to an agreement that worked for both the dealership and myself. They really did work with me in my situation. After taking a couple of days to marinate in the idea of having my dream car, Jesse and Heritage of Parkville were able to pull it off for me! Every day I drive with pride in my new Jeep Renegade - something I never thought would be possible. It's been a week since I got my Jeep and I'm still in love with it. Jesse has made a couple of calls to check up on me and ensure I was still satisfied with my purchase. I couldn't be happier! He didn’t need to reference a book or a cheat sheet—he knew everything off the top of his head. During the entire process, he was friendly and kept us informed of exactly what was going on and what the next step was, clearly explaining what paperwork needed to be prepared and what we needed to sign. He worked closely with my bank to provide them the information they needed for the loan and for insurance, and my wife and I never felt lost in the process. Even after we signed the papers and we were ready to leave (after the dealership closed), he voluntarily offered to jump in the car to give us a demonstration of all the available features. In short, we could not have asked for anyone better than Jeremey to purchase a vehicle from. If you’re looking to buy a new car from Heritage (which I highly recommend), ask for Jeremy. This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. More

Rodger is the man! I submitted a pricing request on a Challenger online and was put in touch with Rodger a few days later. Being a younger buyer, I had some negative exp I submitted a pricing request on a Challenger online and was put in touch with Rodger a few days later. Being a younger buyer, I had some negative experiences from other competing dealerships in the area, but Rodger was not like that at all. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and his communication throughout the entire buying process was the best out of all the other sales people I was speaking with at competing dealerships. I decided to buy from Heritage not only because of the vehicle itself, but only because Rodger and Jason were easy to work with.
