Tristandlr Let me begin with an apology. This is not at all the experience we want for our guests. I have met with and reviewed your feedback with both Brad and Nick and had a long and closed door counseling session with them. I recognize that you were here for a few hours on Saturday. I looked further into the details of your deal this morning. My understanding is that we brought in a vehicle from another dealer that met your original specifications and picked you up at Eutaw Street. After reviewing the vehicle you decided on a different configuration and it did take some time to reach an agreement on this new vehicle. The vehicle was located at another dealer in Rockville. It does take some time to come to that agreement and work out the logistics of a dealer swap and then getting a driver on the road to and back between I-95 and 2 beltways. All that said we did not create a reasonable expectation of how long this would take, nor did we do anything help you pass this time. We did a lot wrong and again for that I apologize. I understand your not wanting to bring it back for clean up. I would encourage you to do so as soon as you'd like and I would be happy to make those arrangements but would like to offer you an alternative if you prefer. An outside clean up company or detail service would charge $100 for a full detail and I would be happy to take care of that expense if you prefer. Clearly we fell short of a good customer experience.
