Great and timely experience! My trade in was in the shop for repair when I decided to inquire about a new Wrangler. Not only was the trade in value great, the price was right for the new vehicle. We were just browsing that day and he took the time to show us vehicles and test drive several. I am very picky. We told him we'd think about it and get back to him. He called no more than once a week to ensure we were being taken care of. So, when I said it was time, we went right back to Dax. I didn't get a Jeep, and Dax had some vehicles lined up for me. I guess by then, he knew my style. The first vehicle he showed me was perfect--I didn't even have to test drive the other ones! I will definitely recommend Mile One Heritage and when we come back from overseas, my husband is upgrading to a truck! You have customers for life! Thanks Dax! More

Customer service was phenomenal...Both Mike and Karen went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. And to make matters even better, when I came back the next day to give my second key went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. The price I got was excellent. I also was VERY pleased with the assistance of the finance manager,Pamela Mayfield however, the delivery of my car was horrible. My experience was by far the best I've ever had. Mike was terrific and the rest of the staff was pleasant to work with. I went to the dealership for service and was promptly received. The engine light had been on. The service writer, Sarah Slokan, called about two hours latter and told me what the problem was as well as s received. The engine light had been on. She also went over the price of the job. Repairing the brake light could have possibly saved a ticket or a rear end collision. I have had my Jeep repaired before and the service was very good that time also. More
