Heritage Sales great, Customer service in Service Poor I pondered whether to reply but decided to do so. I absolutely loved my salesmen Chad when I bought my Renegade in December. Monday morning I was c I pondered whether to reply but decided to do so. I absolutely loved my salesmen Chad when I bought my Renegade in December. Monday morning I was concerned when my car stated I needed an oil change after 6900 miles. I was told a year or 10k. I called your service line and left a message with my name and number when an associate was not available. This was around 730. I continued to work and called a few other times with no opportunity to speak to someone. Once i did select to make an appt but they could not answer my question. I didn’t know if it was something “serious “. I called the other two local Jeep dealerships and got through immediately. Both have sound advise and eased my concern. I realized around 9 am still no call back and called again this time selecting sales and went to A receptionist named Chrystal. I told her i wanted to speak to the manager. She transferred me only to have the call disconnected at some point. At that time I tried contacting Chad and texted him as well. I called back to Chrystal and told her I didn’t care which manager I spoke with. At this time it was not the matter of getting an oil change but the total lack of respect and customer service promised to me at my purchase. She said she attempted “both” managers and would send them both messages to call me . Meanwhile i made an appt for my free first oil change. At 2:15 pm I texted Chad again stating yet 5 more hours and no calls from anyone. He showed my text to ..I believe the General Mgr. who finally called me. I vented, he apologized, said something about pulling the calls. I told him i had the appt but would never bring my car there for service...what happened if it was serious. He did not offer me anything to help retain my business and i explained again my only good experience was Chad, but that i had made my free oil change appt. Tuesday morning I remembered an issue with my car and called to see if I need to add this to my ticket. It was 834 am. Guess what .... no return call. I called Chad and he talked me through my concern and that it was not a service issue. Today.... i called to see the status of my drop off and was told o would be transferred to a service rep. I said no- i will hold until one is available. Tommy was very professional and kind and was actually trying to call me when i was on hold. When i went to pick up my car I was told it was 89.00 and that they do not offer free oil changes. I retained my cool and simply stated I had already spoken to both and mgr and sales rep about this. Tommy was kind enough to tear up the invoice and provide a new $0 invoice to me. Guess what...... never ever a respectful response for my calls on Monday and Tuesday. I can’t believe this. I will never bring my car there- not related to the actual service but for the lack of customer service. I am thinking of bringing this to both Jeep and Mile one since it was not an individual event. More
Thanks Haritage I wrote a negative review about this dealership because I was not happy with their service after I purchased a vehicle from them. A few hours later I I wrote a negative review about this dealership because I was not happy with their service after I purchased a vehicle from them. A few hours later I get a call from the GM of the dealership WOW I was not inspecting a call from the GM. He invited me to come back to the dealership and talk with him about my concerns. I took the offer. I went back to the dealership he didn’t make me wait. He took me into his office stopped his work and incoming phone call and gave me his undivided attention. Mr. Mitch listened to my concerns. After I finish talking to him he got on the phone and made things happen. He said you have to treat people like you want to be treated, my mother use to always tell me this when I was young. He made me feel more like family then a customer. Thanks Mitch, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you want to be treated like family and not another commission sale, go to Haritage and they will treat you like FAMILY. More
