I can honestly say that without Mike my salesman Rob the sales manager and Mitch the general sales manager this wouldn’t of happened. Mike by far is the best small around salesman I have worked with and I have bought a lot of cars from his personality knowledge and down right care to make his customer happy. Rob the sales manager and Mitch the general sales manager both worked hard to make the deal happen. Never once did I feel I wasn’t wanted there even when it was past closing time. Even the finance person Jake went above and beyond for us and this was 2 hours after closing. In closing I will drive another 2 hours when I’m ready to buy again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks Heritage for making my buying experience a great one. Wonderful customer service I went to Heritage to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland fixed and Sarah Slokan was my service advisor. She was wonderful with everything from the mo I went to Heritage to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland fixed and Sarah Slokan was my service advisor. She was wonderful with everything from the moment I dropped off until I picked up! We didn’t know when dropping it off that it was going to be there for about 10 days getting both cylinder head repairs and quite a bit of other stuff done. We originally thought 1 day so when all this other stuff came up I wasn’t prepared for all the cost for repairs and the rental. Sarah helped by letting us use one of their vehicles so we didn’t have to pay for the rental a whole week. And we also used their credit program to pay for the repairs which was a big help. I will definitely use them in the future and will go through Sarah! :) More
